CHALLENGES OF ENERGY AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION IN POLAND RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "FIT FOR 55" PACKAGE

The aim of the training is to gather and summarize information about the ongoing energy transformation of the European Union in one place. The assumptions and main aspects of the "Fit for 55" package and their impact on the national "Energy Policy of Poland until 2040" will be discussed. During the training, we will also explore the topic of changes in the EU ETS trading system, and the direction of green transport transformation.


The training is directed to employees and analysts of the financial sector and employees of analytical centers dealing with economic and strategic policy issues, state administration employees and government agencies dealing with the transformation of Polish energy sector in the context of common EU energy policy, and to all other persons interested in the challenges of the ongoing energy transformation.
The training will introduce or systematize among participants knowledge about how the economy transformation is to look and proceed in the European Union's policy and plans.
