Online classes (conducted in Polish)
In response to ESG legislative requirements and pressure from business partners and financial institutions, companies are increasingly choosing to measure the carbon footprint of their organizations and products.
During this one-day, intensive, and interactive workshop, participants will learn the principles and practice of accurate yet efficient carbon footprint measurement. We will focus on key aspects of measuring Scope 1, Scope 2, and, most importantly, Scope 3 emissions of an organization’s carbon footprint. We will also discuss methods for determining the carbon footprint of products following the life cycle assessment (LCA) concept, from "cradle to grave." The session will include numerous examples from reports and climate action initiatives of companies in Poland and Europe. Short practical exercises will help participants understand the content and tackle challenges related to greenhouse gas emission calculations and carbon footprint reporting.
